The BRICKS 4 KIDZ® model was founded by Michelle Cote in St. Augustine, Florida. Michelle initially started an after-school Spanish class in the spring of 2008, and then thought to herself, “My son loves to play with LEGO® – maybe I could lead a creative science LEGO® after-school workshop too”. Michelle launched both the after-school Spanish class and the LEGO® workshop. She had three children sign up for the Spanish class, but 35 children signed up for the LEGO® workshop!
Today BRICKS 4 KIDZ® has over 750 locations in 45 countries and we are proud to announce the addition of Northern Rivers. BRICKS 4 KIDZ® is a Child Safe Child Friendly organisation and our number one priority in any activity is the safety of children under our supervision. Meet Lee Tilley
Area Manager
Lee was a dedicated force behind the scenes at Virb for years, where he served as a trusted business manager and lent his expertise as a student wellbeing officer in schools. After a long tenure, Lee has made the decision to relocate closer to family, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for empowering youth. Now, as he sets his sights on a new chapter, Lee is eager to introduce the transformative programs of Bricks 4 Kidz to his new community, bridging the gap between education and creativity while fostering growth and resilience in young hearts and minds.

Operations Manager
Brad, fuelled by his love for his 4-year-old daughter, is charting a course towards a promising future for both her and countless other children. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in science and nearing completion of his Masters of Teaching, Brad’s dedication to connecting with the younger generation shines through in his work with Bricks 4 Kidz. As he pursues his dream of becoming a certified teacher, Brad infuses his lessons with the same passion and curiosity that he sees in his daughter’s eyes every day. Together, they embark on an educational voyage, where learning is not only fun but also a journey of exploration and growth

Joshua Schloss, spurred by a profound purpose, founded Virb as a platform to uplift struggling youth. Through motivational speeches and the placement of student wellbeing officers in schools, Virb became a beacon of hope, igniting positive change in countless lives. However, Joshua’s vision didn’t stop there. With a strategic acquisition, Virb welcomed Bricks 4 Kidz into its fold, marking a pivotal moment in its evolution. This partnership not only broadened Virb’s reach but also enriched its mission, merging the power of education and creativity to unlock new pathways of growth and opportunity for young minds everywhere.
